    I had this issue as well this morning. I couldn't get past the error code, I clicked close and just got the error code screen.

    Initially, I was able to see my list of apps & sign in, but I couldn't get into anything. Then when I restarted my Xbox One, I got this code. I tried restarting again that didn't work. I then unplugged the power for a minute and that has fixed the issue.

    To the Xbox One team - please add this error code to the error status code page for future users that have this issue. Some people don't know about unplugging a computer for at least 30 seconds to clear the RAM.

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
