I'm having this same issue. I started up the Xbox like normal. I bought it a year ago this month and have only used it 6 times for Christ's sake. So I start it up and everything works fine. I go to play for a motor sport 6 for the
first time and I get to the title screen and press a and it gives me a something went wrong error. Well I quit the game and now every single thing in the home menu gives an error when you click on it. So I restart and now I can't sign back in. Same error 0x800401fb
over and over. Still have downloads going, and later on one of them finishes and the system **** off from inactive and I restated it and was able to sign in to my profile. Then I got Diablo 3 on the hard drive to start and played for an hour, thought it was
fixed, then I went to the menu and tried another game and nothing works, not even settings, same error message. I just shut it off again and right away went to battlefield one and it's working. But again, anything else is all something went wrong and error

I just turned on my Xbox one and was listening to Pandora for awhile. I went to play a game and got the same error. I restarted and can't do anything. It logged me out and won't let me back in. Help!

 

Found others had this same issue. Just power cycle system by holding the power button on the front of the Xbox until it Powers off by itself.

Same issue.... Been going on since the 26th of December... chalked it up to the issues with purchases.. found out this is not normal, paid for live and game pass..... what's up xbox?
