    Hey for the people who might be getting this error code

    0x800401fb
    All I did was go to system tab where you can find settings and notifications and all I did was restated my xbox. Hope this helps someone out.

    Restarting didn't work for me but pulling the plug and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

    Hold down the XBOX button on the front of the console for 10 seconds and it will hard reset. Much safer than unplugging the system. But yeah the hard reset worked for me. TWITCH was the only thing not working.

    I have this error too with my xpox one. Powered it on and can't login to any accounts on it, can't go into settings as I get this error. Restarting does nothing, xbox.com/errorhelp knows nothing about 0x800401fb error. FANTASTIC!
