    I recently got the Final Fantasy 15 Game and just installed it along with July's Games with Gold and now I'm getting this error every time i attempt to start up Final Fantasy, settings and my games and apps. Any suggestions on what to do now?

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that fails the best thing would be to try the Factory Reset (with the option to keep Games & Apps installed), make sure you know your account details (email and password) since you will need them. Also keep in mind that save games will need to be synchronized
    with Xbox Live (this is done automatically when console is connected to Xbox Live)

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

    Unplug the power plug for about 30 sec and plug it back in. Should work fine...did for me.

    I had this pop up so I unplugged power to my xbox one and then plugged it back in. Shutting the console down doesn't work because it is still in a standby state. Unplugging power for about 30 sec and then plugging back in worked like a charm for me.
