    Having issues like many people it seems with this error code in early January. I froze whilst trying to download PVZ2 Beta test and it took around 5 to 10 minutes to slowly work its way back up to speed. Then couldn't access My Games or any of my left tab
    functions. After looking through the forums I'm going to try
    http://support.xbox.com/en-NZ/xbox-one/console/offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool     and see if that fixes it like many other users. Unless there is an alternate resolution that someone else knows about that is... I resent system resets. Any input regarding
    this matter is more than welcome, I will update this post in a few days to see if my issue is resolved. Have also posted in the Error Code forums as well.

    Exactly the same, only it's happening with my downloaded version of C.O.D Ghosts

    Performed the support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool procedure which fully reset my XB1 back to factory fresh. Set up was much less painless than expected and all issues seem resolved. Hopefully this thread will help anyone else going
    through this problem.

    I have this exact problem however once I get rid of the 0x8000000b error then a another error shows up 0x1000000b then i reinstall gaming services, good so far but then 0x8000000b shows up again and I repeat the process its a endless loop, any help would be much appreciated.
