    There are several reasons why you are experiencing this issue. Upon checking the error code, this means that there is an issue signing in to Xbox App.

    To resolve your concern, we recommend that you run the Windows App Troubleshooter on this

    link     to troubleshoot issues with the Xbox App.

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, restart your apps and your computer to normal startup to disable unnecessary apps that run at the background while you are using your computer.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
    2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.
    3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
    4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.
