0x00000194 error Xbox one

Hi

I've been trying to get the Microsoft store to work on my Xbox one for a while now with no luck. When i try to load any item in the store i get the code 0x00000194.

But i can see the item details when I'm not signed in . As soon as i sign in to download it says "something happened..." And no longer displays the item, showing the code . I have tried the following:

- sign into another account

- create new accounts

- check time and date

- check location and region

- clear mac address

- try another internet connection

- hard reset

- soft restore

Amongest other things. All of which give the same error in trying to view an item in the doors

Any ideas of a solution?

Windows Store Forza Horizon 4

Whenever I try to access Forza Horizon 4's page on store or any game's page I get this error: Code: 0x00000194

 

Xbox store not working.

I have not been able to access the store in a week. I've hard reset my xbox, reset my router, changed the ethernet plug in, it's ridiculous. Error code 0x00000194. Cant find any info on it at all. I just want to buy games.

Thanks for your post! It seems like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting for this issue already, another step that we can try out is an Offline System Update. What the OSU does is install the latest and most stable distribution of the Xbox One Operating
system on your Xbox One, which should correct any issues with the console. Here's how to do so:

Thank you for your response.

I have now tried the Offline System Update, with no luck. I have also done more tests.

- full restore,

- more internet connections, wireless and wired,

- checked to see if the console is banned (its not)

- full restore,

- full update,

The problem still remains, its odd because I can see all the content of the store if I am not logged in. As soon as I log in with any account (even a newly created one) all the items disappear.

I have also noticed that when I can see the items, their content cannot be loaded. Whats interesting is the price of the items on the store are in dollars ($), although I am in the UK (£). The console itself always resets to region United States. It seems
as though the console/account/store are not agreeing with each other...

Perhaps its something on Microsoft's end and not the console?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend making sure the regions on the Xbox and Microsoft
account are set to the UK. The article entitled How
to Update Your Microsoft Account Regionwill explain how to complete these steps on either console. Once the Xbox region has been updated on the console, the account
will need to be updated on the Xbox website as well. The Xbox Settingsportion
of our website contains an area entitled change 360 account region. Select that option and update the region from there as well. Be sure to let us know the results!

Thank you for your response but unfortunately did not work.

The console has been set to UK (we had to change it every time we updated or restored). The account itself was already set to UK, but the time was not set. I set the time, and tried to change the region from UK to UK, but it said that i have "already tried
to changed in the last 12 months", even though I have not :S.

If you're experiencing an issue with the Microsoft store, our suggestion is to check if this is occurring on multiple platforms/devices, i.e. the Xbox Application on Windows 10, or the versions available on IOS/Android.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried to log into Microsoft Store on Windows 10 and I am able to see and download items. I can even see the console to allow me to install directly onto. However selecting this option does nothing besides the message "We are attempting to install..".

I can also log into the Xbox Application on Windows 10 and see and select items, it appears to function properly with all accounts. However the problem still persists on the Xbox One S Console.

Is the console registered through the Xbox Insider Program by any chance?

As a last resort it might be best to get more information/available options from reaching out to our
customer support team.

Is this error occurring through any other locations on the console, or is it just from trying to get to the store?

No as far as I am aware it is not registered for Xbox Insider Program, I have also attempted to talk to a representative through the customer support team online, who forwarded me to these forums.

Also, this issues does not seem to happen in any other application besides Microsoft Store,
