    I am unable to download games in the microsoft store. I am unable to use anything in the mircosoft store. Error code 0x00000193 comes up every time. Does anyone know how to fix this error code.

    this issue has mainly to do with your connection try restarting the modem/router and the issue should be fixed then

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the microsoft store.

    Turn your xbox completely off (Hold power button 10 secs) and do the same with your modem.

    Take in count that xbox live servers are being overloaded due to the quarantine and virus. So, maybe the problem will be fixed itself with time.
