When I try to test my network it says “we don’t know what’s wrong” and says error code 0x0000000002000000

I actually got the same error message this morning when I turned my Xbox on. It is pretty frustrating and appears to be specific to the new consoles as my Xbox One is working just fine

Hello Amari, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

I've not seen this error code before on a console but have done some research on it and see that others have experienced the same issue. I see what you've tried already without any success.

What I would recommend trying from here is a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep your installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves will be safe on the Cloud. If you still have trouble after that try the reset but delete all games and apps and start fresh to see if that works.

While doing the reset, if you're prompted to use the app or bring over previous settings please select No.
