I played one game of call of duty then in the middle of the game I leave the game and the party that I was in and it told me lost connection to the server so I tried reconnecting and it says back out and try again and if that doesn't work the check the network
that I'm connected to

Can't finish multiplayer connection test?

Mr.boozy tried clearing out the persistent storage and resetting the console. No luck. When I test the multiplayer connection it is giving me a 0x0000000000000 code ?

 

100% Packet Loss

So for the past 4-6 weeks I've been trying to play Xbox One games with friends, and I can play fine for a short while (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes up to an hour) but then everything just stops very suddenly, I get disconnected from party chat, disconnected
from whatever game I'm playing, and then disconnected from Xbox Live (sometimes), when this happens, if I run a Test Mutiplayer Connection, it'll give me an error code (0x0000000000000), which obviously doesn't exist. But right now I'm able to do the Detailed
Network Statistics and this is exactly what I see:

Download Speed: 26.84

Upload Speed: 0.00

Packet Loss: 100%

MTU: 0

Latency: 0 ms

Wireless Strength: 100%

I've never been able to run the DNS before, because it usually fails, but now I know that packet loss seems to be the issue, so I wanted to know if anyone knew how to fix this issue, other than just obviously running a 50 ft Ethernet cable upstairs.

I have made sure all ports are open, and that it does not happen on any other devices, other than my Xbox One.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your game. When you backed out and it asked you to test your network, did you go ahead and do that? If so, did you get an error message or code that you can give us that would help us figure out what the issue may be?
