The Error lookup code support suggests you may have a network connection issue or there is a problem with XBox
Live status.

Power cycle your network hardware and wait until its fully functional before turning the console back on.

and if your console is not diplayed there, you have to register it first!!

Steps taken:

I have run sfc /scannow - no errors found.
I have run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, /ScanHealth, and /RestoreHealth. No problems found.

I have ensured windows is up to date.

I have updated display drivers, chipset drivers, network drivers, BIOS and Firmware.

I have attempted to run repair on the app, and reinstall both Flight Simulator and the Xbox app.

I have updated .net framework and visual C libraries.

I have disabled antivirus.

Problem persists.
