    0 to 8 strikes for simply defending myself from someone who has harassed me for months.


    May go on a small rant but I’m mentally drained and have to describe this whole situation, so 2 days ago I was just minding my business and my ex who has been harassing me for a very long time now randomly messaged me and then went into a verbal assault. From being racist to insulting my dead mother and just cursing me out in both text and voice messages. I respond saying I never called them this word they were accusing me of saying, that word being “****”. They kept saying I used that word and I responding saying I never once said this anywhere they’re welcomed to read our message history. So after their assault not 5 minutes later I get several notifications saying I’ve been suspended and to my surprise I went from 0 to 10 strikes even though he max is 8, and realize they mass reported messages. I went through the appeal process and my two 366 day suspensions were denied(yes not one but two I know it’s crazy). I’m aware I cursed which is against ToS but I was saying I never called them that word that they kept saying I did and there is proof their every time the word was said it was in response to them saying it. I know once an appeal is denied there is nothing a person can do, but it’s just disheartening that I’m silenced for defending myself and really hurts more that I can communicate and spend time with family I cannot see in person and they’re the ones who help with my severe mental health issues.

    14 day suspension from defending myself.

    I don't even see how that is worthy of a 14 day suspension anyways? Especially when it's just an abbreviation and I'm just defending myself from someone who has a booter trying to pull my IP. The person was clearly harassing me and when I went to block
    him he just sent me party invites and messages on other accounts.

    how am i selfish and conceded? cause im better than you? is that the only comeback you have for me? i would like a statement that says i am the problem in video games? i play the game the right way, go for objectives, win as much as a i can with Scrub teammates,
    and im the problem, no, the problem is people who in objective games go 3-24 with 1 cap and 1 defend. thats just pathetic, i'd rather have a teammate go 8-23 with like 7 or 8 caps and a few defends than someone that goes 65-9 with 0 caps n 0 defends.

    Microsoft hiding behind humanless enforcement actions/stealing money

    It's a communication with 5 out of 8 "strikes" yet there's no prior anything, no warning, no notifications, and yeah, you get an appeal in the form of a single little "feedback" box that is generally instantly denied. Then the options are "nobody at microsoft will speak to you about this". The tech dept can't help you (they say that right on the enforcement blocking message). So who do we have to go to? Bill Gates? There isn't even any information given back in their appeal denial. Just says "harassment" and this in via GTA5, an adult made game, for mature audiences. If someone doesn't want to be harassed, they can simply block the person, so whats with all this extra sh*t all of a sudden?

    Hello DJX2JZ you can sign into enforcement.xbox.com to review and appeal account suspensions, I think you may have a case as you were clearly set off by a cheater.
