0 % packet loss but I still get signed out?

So for the past few days I've been trying to figure out what is wrong with my xbox 1. I'm always getting signed out of my profile, kicked out of games, and continuously getting disconnecting from parties. My internet works fine and my NAT is moderate but
it's never caused any problems. I exceed the internet expectations and My packet loss is 0%. I've tried to look at a Lot of forums but nothing is working. Can you please help me or give suggestions that could possibly get my xbox working well again.

    :)

High upload packet loss with Cox

It seems to me you can easily rule out the ISP by running a ping to an external server. I saw a post on this forum where someone who seemed to be an MS ambassador suggested a ping to 4.2.2.2 with a 1400 byte payload. Doesn't that essentially test the "upload"
packet loss. I routinely get 8 - 14% upload packet loss using the Xbox1 detailed network statistics test, but 0% when I do that ping. I'm not worried about the download packet loss as both the XB1 tool and my Mac report 0%.

    Xbox One HIGH Packet loss

In XBOX One, if you had no problems before and it was working, then likely the high packet loss is solely a problem in the console. I have a business class connection for example-- 0% packet loss, and about 10-12ms on any server . Yesterday, my XBOX one
(plugged into the same network, in the same was as every other server here-- wired, not wireless) was 0% @ 73ms. Today, it's 78% packet loss at 83ms, while the server next to it is 0% packet loss @ 10-12ms.

But today, I can't login due to xbox live core signup issues-- which tells me the packet loss indicator is tied to 'phone home' or some other mechanism tied to their core. The high packet loss value is therefore erroneous.
