    Hey, so my xbox account has been acting kind of weird lately. When I normally have 20 friends on at any given time, lately, i’ve been seeing 0(most common)- 3ish. I figured that was weird since I have a few friends that keep there xbox’s/pc on 24/7. I checked
    on my phone app and it confirmed that I only have a few friends on. At one point, the xbox app said I actually didn’t have any friends at all. So I double checked with a few friends and my suspetions were right: my xbox and xbox phone app are bugged. I have
    tried the following with no luck:

    -hard resetting

    -removing and adding back account

    - rebooting xbox (keeping apps and saved data ect)

    -uninstalling and reinstalling phone app

    can someone please help me fix this? I’ve looked online but the others with this issue were able to see their friends on their xbox phone app where my app seems to be affected as well

    as per usual, paid for service is not working again, i was playing on pc with a friend on xbox and he got booted to dash, with a connection speed of 0.5kbps reporting on xbox, all friends offline.

    absolute trash.
