“0 Friends online”, Friends list is inaccessible.

Oh jeez, I hope that is the problem, but I doubt that is the issue because I have had this problem for a few weeks at most. Thank you for the quick response!

Edit: I think I have already tried a power cycle, I’m not sure because I don’t know what a power cycle is exactly, is that anything like a hard reset? Or do I have to hold the xbox button until it is powered off, unplug for two minutes, plug in and power
on?

Yes, you need to hold the Xbox power button down and keep your finger on it for several seconds until you hear a tone and then it will shut itself off. Leave it for a minute or two and then turn it back on (I personally never unplug it and plug it back in;
it works perfectly without doing that, but just my personal observation). Good luck with it!

Yay yay yay! I have found a fix for this issue!! For anyone experiencing the same issue I have faced, this is what I did. I soft factory reset my Xbox (Factory reset my xbox but kept the games and apps). Thank you all for your responses and your help!

There was a service alert last night that affected a lot of people. You could be seeing some residue from that. I would try a power cycle to see if that fixes anything.
