    how can I delete 0,73 euro from my xboxaccount?

    I want to change the emailadress, but I can't mak an accountswap, because there is still al litle bit of money on my account.

    my son and I shared an account, but I want to give him one for himself and let him keep all of the data on our account so he doesn't have to start all over again with the games we played, but I want to use the emailadress for my new account and start all over
    again for myself.

    There isn't a way to remove the balance you have on your account I'm afraid. You'll need to make a purchase to clear up that balance, although you may have to use a second payment option to cover the full cost.
