always reverts to Compact Mode on startup

• Go to Settings
• Select Power & Startup
• Select Power mode and startup
• Select Power mode
• Select Energy saving
• Perform a hard power cycle by holding down the Xbox button for 10 seconds, then press the button again to restart it
• Try the disc again and wait to see if the Xbox One console will read it. If it reads, revert back to Instant-On power mode

I always switch my 4KUHD TV on First, then AVR, then XB1X last of all.

Try the Energy save mode in System>Settings>Power and startup>Power mode.

Its a slightly longer boot up but the startup seq is always the same.

Judging by the polygon article link you sent me and it said that only way to revert back to retail was to factory reset to default which i did yesterday three times to make sure it reverted back to normal retail because i accidentally stumbled upon this
sandbox mode twice without enabling the dev kit and everything went back to normal and hopefully nothing wasn't damaged in the process and not always accessing the dev mode sandbox mode is always accidental but also out of curiosity as its also stated on polygon

Thanks so much. Am I missing anything by not being able to see "Power Mode & Startup"?

Is there a way to change this setting to say "Power Mode & Startup" instead of "Sleep Mode & Startup"?
