    New Xbox Insider Questions Regarding System Updates


    Hello everyone, my name is Korina and I go by oKorina on Xbox. I'm a newer insider in the program and I just had some questions about the more recent features Xbox have added, including the overhauls to the profiles and now achievements. I'm currently loaded in as the delta build but cannot check any of the new stuff out, I'm presuming that there are later tiers like beta and alpha builds that will get all these new features first and slowly rollout to the farther tiers.

    If this is the case, is there anyway a casual player can get access to test it out? Or would I have to contribute more to the program?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. That is a very good question. The Xbox Insider updates will install when the console is not in use as long as the

    automatic updates are enabled    . Some Xbox Insider updates may arrive during the day which is why you are getting them while the console is in use. The

    If you mean Insider preview versions, use the Insider hub Manage option to check for an update and Guide>System>Settings>System>Updates & downloads.

    If you are in an Insider preview you can't use offline system update (OSU).
