    Network problems, constantly kicking me offline.


    I have an Xbox series X. last night I tried to play online and it's constantly going in and out of the network! I've tried restarting my router, and restarting my Xbox... I can't even test my network speed and statistics bc it's saying I have no Internet to check. but when I go to test network connection it says "it's all good!" but obviously it's not.... anyone have any stuff?

    Could you verify if you have the Arris TG862G/CT (Xfinity) wireless gateway. Thank you!

    Are you and your friends xboxes connecting to the same router Internet connection?

    This gateway is known to have a negative affect with its NAT and Xbox LIVE. This may sound a bit drastic, but I would recommend exchanging the device for a different model that is well known to support Xbox LIVE and in particular, multiple xboxes that are
    using the same router Internet connection.
