Crimson desert pre order Xbox not working (Xbox store and app)

didn't work under my games and apps it still sais pre ordered yet in the xbox store the option to play it is their but still being told that its to early

Sorry, I misread that bit.

If it is showing on there as the purchase is successful, then it has gone through. The system uses your order history to detect if you own the game. You should be able to see it in your games and apps too and will be able to download the game closer to release (The system will just not allow you to play the game).

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.

As mentioned previously by Smwutches, if you pre-ordered the digital game directly from your Xbox through the Store app then the beta should be available to download from your "Ready to Install" list or you can search for it in the same Store app where you
pre-ordered the game. There is no code involved if you pre-ordered it from your Xbox or the Microsoft Store online.

I would suggest looking over your
Order History to make sure you can see the pre-order there.

It just says pre ordered but on my xbox it isnt in my games and apps ready to pre install. I have got the pre order bonus installed though as when i was on the store it said "manage you own this" and when i clicked that it was there to install but the main game isn't.

Yes I do believe there will be a lot without pre-orders. I pass by my local "EB Games" weekly on the way to work. Ever since the Xbox One pre-orders opened, the store had this sign up saying "Xbox One pre orders almost gone", and still to do this day that
sign is STILL there! The store has no such sign for the PS4 because all consoles were bought on the first week.
