Repeated “Dummy Braze Test Message” notifications in Xbox app (iOS)

I also use the app for IOS so I'm just wondering if you have the notifications turned on in settings.

To check just in case you would have to go to:

Settings > Notifications > Turn on the message button so that it shows the check mark

Its not the notifications that are off, its the messages, like in the app, it just has a infinite loading screen

I would recommend downloading the Xbox App on iOS and see if you can log in there. Let us know if it gives you an error message, and we can see what troubleshooting steps we need to do from there. If you have no issues logging into the Xbox App o iOS,
then test logging into Minecraft after that, and it should let you log in there.

It supports messages. It supports person-to-person messages, one-on-one chat. What it doesn't support is Group Messaging, which is what the Game Bar is for. The problem isn't with the Console Companion or Game Bar, it's with how the messages are being sent
through the Notifications app (in the lower right hand corner of any PC) and how message notifications are endlessly repeating, both in the Notifications window, and the pop-ups that slide in from the right side of the screen.

Okay, a bit over two weeks after resetting the Console Companion app, the problem with messages repeating in the Notifications pop-up window is still occurring. I'll get the same pop-up message four or five times in a row. I've found that the problem is
worse if I delete the messages from my Notifications queue as soon as I get them, as I do with most other notifications, so I leave the messages for a while.

Logging out and back on hasn't solved it. Resetting the app hasn't solved it. And turning off notifications, as I've said, isn't an option.

Thanks for answering but it’s not on Xbox console I ment on IOS cuz I side App and I all ready check if everything was turn on for Notifications and everything Is but am still not getting anything I tried looking for videos to see what’s I can do but notting
coming up only for Xbox consoles

Oooo, I don't have an iOS device to use as reference, but other than making sure Notifications are allowed and turned on at the iOS system level, in the App, under Settings (at least on Android) there is a seperate Notifications tab which has options for
WHAT to recieve notifications for, so you'll want to check if those are on (if that settings tab is there).

Sadly, outside of that, not sure what else to troubleshoot.
