Yes. The warranty on a second-hand Xbox console is void, and the purchaser assumes the risk for any previous modifications or unauthorized activity. Even if the console’s ownership has changed, the console may still be subject to a

Unfortunately there is no way to have a console unbanned. You would have to try returning it or exchanging it where you purchased it.

It's already been suggested you review the Code of Conduct but I'd also suggest not playing with the reporting system like it's a toy, there are issues that
need legitimate review and reporting 'as a joke' is a waste of time and resources.
