Please help me with my classic Xbox.

something is wrong with microsoft classic jigsaw. my collections are not there. please help

I'm trying to change my classic gamertag which is the one you see in games. My classic gamertag got changed and my Xbox One and Xbox App gamertag stayed the same (the Xbox One gamertag is the ones they added with the new gamertag system).

My Xbox One gamertag is different to my in-game gamertag and I want my classic gamertag to be changed. You can only change your classic gamertag on the Xbox One console, I have tried using the other ways and you can only change your Xbox Gamertag, not your
classic gamertag.

The reason I want to change my classic gamertag is that the classic gamertag can be fifteen characters and the Xbox One gamertag can only be 12 characters. If I use the other ways to change my gamertag it limits me to 12 characters and sets both my gamertags
to that.

It is not possible to transfer game saves from Xbox one to Xbox classic or vice versa since Xbox one saves are in the cloud and the local save it's on Xbox one format, and Xbox classic doesn't support cloud saves, also the memory from a Xbox classic it's not compatible with Xbox 360 slot

If you're trying to play the games on a classic Xbox or a Xbox 360, then we can't really help you, since the consoles aren't serviced by Microsoft anymore, and instructions for self repair are not allowed here.

But as an advice:

You can't simply switch the drives of the Xbox 360 console. The drive and motherboard are cryptographically "married", and even if you replace the drive with the same make and model, the key in the drive won't fit the key in the motherboard, and the drive
won't work.
