Enhanced security options for Xbox accounts

Obviously I'll be able to in a few weeks, and the security of my accounts will be no different. If a gold account actually enhances security in ANY way then you should be able to do a simple Google search and see how exactly it enhances things. You can't,
because it doesn't.

It's possible your account got hacked, and I would change your passwords and enhance your security measure such as enabling a two-factor authentication.

it says they "added a number of security system enhancements" what does that mean

Your best option is to contact Microsoft Support http://support.xbox.com/contact-us.

You should also access your Microsoft account via https://account.microsoft.com/.

From there you should revise your security settings and change your password information.

You may also want to enhance your security by enabling Two-factor Authentication. So when someone tries to access your account or buy anything they will have to verify a second time they are you via phone, email, or the Microsoft
Authenticator app.
