    Feature Request: Native YouTube Live Streaming Support on Xbox


    Hi Xbox Team,

    As a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and content creator, I’d love to see native support for YouTube Live streaming directly from Xbox consoles. While the current Twitch integration is appreciated, many creators — myself included — also stream and build communities on YouTube.

    PlayStation consoles already support both Twitch and YouTube natively, and adding this functionality to Xbox would:

    • Expand creator flexibility
    • Eliminate the need for external capture cards or PC setups
    • Make Xbox a more competitive and creator-friendly platform

    Please consider this feature for a future update. It would be a huge win for the Xbox community and content creators worldwide.

    When will we have a native streaming APP besides Twitch?

    As soon as YouTube or Facebook gaming develop those apps.

    The company that controls it would be ultimately responsible for building those tools, so I would recommend reaching out to them, letting them know you'd like to see a native streaming option for their service on the Xbox. Find a way to get people to support
    you, such as creating an Xbox Live Club and coordinating your efforts with the streaming platform.
