    Current Microsoft Purchases Unfair


    There is a current loophole where if you buy someone a gift, and they redeem it (and their system can't handle it) the purchase goes through, and the terms of service state that you cannot get a refund, because the code has been used.

    I recently had bought a gift for a friend of where the Xbox says that, "this game is compatible with your system". I purchase the standard edition, and when he went to play he couldn't play, because it was only available on the cloud edition under the Xbox Pass. After he owns the version the game changed to, "this game is not compatible with your device/system".

    You see I bought the game, so he could have it in case he couldn't afford the Xbox pass, and I ended up buying the damn Pass, so he could play it. Meanwhile, I am now out 30 dollars, because he isn't playing the version I bought for him. Just the cloud version under the pass.

    well since MS does NOT discuss console bans your basically gonna have only one option, buy a new console, it stinks but that's all you can do. your other option is to return the one you got that was new, chances are it was a previously messed with console
    that somebody returned and they re sold it. If MS is not helping, I would take it up with who it was bought from.

    Since I see in a google search you're advertising 10th lobbies, etc. I'm sure that may have something to do with it. Buy a new xbox and don't cheat/mod/jtag it.
