    Xbox crashes when playing only certain games


    Whenever I play relatively a newly made game, my Xbox gives me a green screen flash and then a shut down as seen in the video. I’ve tried changing they AC power cable nothing changed the games. This tends to happen on our games like arc Raiders rematch expedition 33 but not on games like Hell divers monster hunter wilds Max playtime I tend to get 8 10 minutes if I’m lucky 20. Please someone help me am I screwed or can I do something about this I’ve even dusted the thing

    Re-update:

    It seems to me that the Xbox only crashes when a certain game (MW3) is being played, as I have played numerous other games without it crashing. However, when I began to play MW3 it crashed after 10 minutes. The files re-corrupted also, and like I said the
    Xbox seems to be OK on any other game. Could the disk be faulty? I'll try my theory again later to see if it is indeed MW3 or just a coincidence.

    Sorry to hear about the crashing issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

    • After the the crashing issue occurs, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and plug your power cord directly into a wall outlet.
    • Power on your console and try playing Neverwinter or Shadows of Mordor to see if the issue continues.
    If the issue continues after trying the listed steps, I recommend resetting your console to factory defaults. This way we can make sure that we have exhausted all troubleshooting steps. You can find the steps to reset your console on our How
