    My girl friend just finally got her Xbox back from Her brother and I wanted to show her the new battle field royal rumble. And I know because I’ve had em before that people sometimes have free months passes they sent using (because it requires a new account). And well since this will be her first new account. I was wondering if anyone could help a brother out if you have a spare one by any chance ?

    Could someone help me deal with this problem.

    I'm trying to add the 3 months free to my Xbox live account and every time I do it comes back with this error code and I don't know how to fix it. I got it for free when I bought the 3 months membership card and it got me a 3 months for free. I was able
    to redeem the card code but the code printed on the receipt comes back with this error code.

    The expiration on the receipt says is good until Feb/2019

    Please help me

    If you have an old xbox 360 console, you can purchase it for free from there.

    Otherwise you need to add credit card details or paypal as Smwutches suggested.

    To purchase backwards compatible games on the One, you would need to use either a credit card or Paypal. Your Microsoft account balance can only be used to purchase One content on the One.
