    So I recently bought my Xbox one but it came with a nba2k17 and wwe2k16 disk and I'm looking to sell them for whatever price even 5 dollars for one is alright I tried marketplaces but it's just too old I went to my local shop they told me it's too old so is it over ?

    I don't know the parental account address or password so neither is of any use. Is there any way to get rid of it or for you to tell me the parent account address?

    I lost my old gamertag and cannot change it back

    There is no way to have someone do something like that (if it was, support would have done it). All you can do is keep trying to change it.

    Also, the new gamertag policy didn't get rid of any old gamertags.
