    I’ve just bought a second hand series x and am trying to set it up and install discs onto it… I first tried installing Xbox one black ops 3 but kept coming up with the error that the disc may be damaged, so I tried with cod ww2x and it started downloading, but now every minute it just stops downloading and I’m not sure if that’s a WiFi problem or a console problem…

    I understand that you are experiencing crashing issues with your powerful games on the Xbox series X.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please power cycle the console by unplugging the power cord from the back of the console for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to shut it down completely, then turn it back on. Do the same thing with your router/modem as well in order for your network connection to refresh.

    And make sure that your console is running the latest system update. To check this, go to Settings > System > Updates to check for updates.

    Kindly test your games once again.

    I have already tried resetting the console to factory settings several times. I also tried reinstalling the game. Nothing helps. The console has the latest updates installed, both the latest and the second latest.
