    Hello community of Xbox Support I like to buy this game on my pc in the microsoft store but theres is a problem is not appearing any dlcs or deluxe version of the game is isnt the only assassins creed that appear this shadows, origins and odessey too can some please answer why happends did this happens to you? If the game includes alla the dlcs for free in the standbard version? have a nice day

    How is it that I bought Hogwarts legacy digital deluxe 2/17

    All services are running and this error still occurs.

    There are numerous reports of this same error.

    It appears to be affecting ALL owners of the digital deluxe version of this game. Microsoft store is not recognising that they own the digital deluxe version (and therefore both x/s and the xb one edition).

    The store is only recognising they own the X/S version, and not the deluxe version. Which is why the xb one version is no longer being recognised as being owned.

    It appears that Microsoft appear unaware of this issue. All we see is people being asked to do the troubleshooting, which will NOT fix this problem.

    It is a Microsoft DRM issue specifically with this game. I can't find anywhere that Microsoft has even acknowledged this issue yet.

    are they the Base Game/Standard versions or Deluxe/GOTY editions with the DLC included?

    Backwards Compatibility only covers the base game not versions with included DLC.

    I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but only have the base edition in my library. How do I fix this problem?

    Having exactly the same problem with deluxe version. Standard appears like normal and installs and plays no problem. The deluxe version wants to charge me again if I try to,install it. Really frustrating for a new title and not an inexpensive game.

    Did not receive Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe edition DLC/pre-order DLC

    I figured out how to get the downloads now. The issue may be occur for anyone who downloaded the full game trial version through EA Access.

    1. Delete Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 from storage

    2. Go to 'My Games & Apps', scroll to the right and wait for the download history to appear

    3. Choose to install the main game that appears, not the Beta, if you had that.

    4.When the download begins, the Deluxe Edition DLC and pre-order DLC will appear in the 'Manage game' area.

    it only lets me buy it as a gift/wishlist it and has a “choose edition” button that has this dlc and the deluxe version of the game
