    Xbox party troubleshooting, can't find the answer


    Hello I have this issue when I'm with my mates in an Xbox party, some times my icon on the group turns grey, and I stop hearing them, I still can see that they are talking on the right bottom, if I unplug the headset this ends.

    Also this happens with discord, or game chat. I already try to change head set but trouble continues with any other headset.

    Also the chat icon doesn't show any warning that mic not detected.

    I thought it was the headset, but as I said before already change for three different headsets.

    This sometimes ends if I restart the box, but not always.... Any ideas what could it be?
