    Xbox audio sounding choppy in menu and video apps


    Ive had my xbox series s for a quite a bit now, Ive been enjoying it alot but ive noticed that when im in the main menu or watching youtube, Netflix all the video apps it sounds very choppy, But in games it sounds perfectly fine. Now since i dont use my xbox to watch videos, and i dont spend alot of time in the main menu it doesnt bother me alot. I just want to know if theres a fix!     YouTube video playback in snap mode on Xbox ONE needs to be fixed. When the feature was first added, it was really choppy,, and out of sync. The update after that (current) seemed to improve that a little. It's still choppy (though slightly less), and the
    A/V sync is pretty much okay, considering the stil choppy video.

    Other video apps seem to play just fine snapped, be it live TV, streaming apps, and even throwing HD video from my tablet to the xbox video app (via DLNA). So yeah, only the YouTube app seems to play videos choppy while snapped.

    I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

    Atmos trouble on Xbox x

    Hi

    Everything checked and I was left with resetting the console which I did.

    Everything is the same so while I change in Xbox settings to Atmos audio I'm not getting any sound from menu or for example from diablo 4.

    Atmos sound is working only in demo videos in Dolby app.

    Please help....

    I have a 5.1 dolby digital receiver/dvd player hooked to xbox one with an optical cable and to the tv with hdmi Xbox setting is set to bitstream out dolby digital and I get full 5.1 on games and blue ray works perfectly and menu sounds but any music or
    video app or a dvd that has 5.1 audio won't work the music and video apps only give 2.1 and the dvd with 5.1 sounds so muffled I can't hear I have tried everything and all I can get is this or fake surround and I don't want fake surround if all the apps are
    in 2.1 why wouldn't the Xbox be smart enough to mix the sound through all the channels of audio if the program only does 2.1

    For the video, I noticed a bit of choppiness....went into BR settings and checked the 24hz box and all was fixed. Audio is fine on my end.
