Xbox not allowing me to connect to EA servers or view my profile

I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.

maybe not the game servers specifically, but the servers that allow you to connect to online games and be able to view friends list that is all provided by Xbox including the free support

Are you able to try a different game that doesn't involve a connection that goes through the EA servers and tell us if you experiencing the same frequent disconnections from Xbox LIVE.

If its possible, try use a wired connection (Ethernet cable) with your console. This allow us to get a clearer view if this just reflects on your wireless connection or if its affects the wired connection type as well.

Can I ask are you signed into your xbox live profile before starting the game? Is it trying to connect you to the EA servers or is this trying to load your profile?
