    No, it is all under Konami a 3rd party developer/publisher

    Though MGS creator is a PS fanboy.

    Only time MGS has come to Xbox is when MS have paid extra for it ie MGS 2 and MGS rising!

    Played 4 got board moved on, I know a lot like them but don't expect it to be on Xbox unless MS paid extra for it!
