    No network but Xbox says I’m connected


    Hi, currently trying to load games but for whatever reason I keep getting a message pop up

    No network Please retry when connected to internet

    Well I had a look in settings to test my internet connection and it says all good

    Is there something wrong as I’ve never had this issue or is there an easy way to stop it.

    Tiłan, this error is very common to occur, friend.

    This would be your solution:

    You just need to configure your internet devices this way here, to eliminate your problem!

    Your platform cannot connect to the servers, causing these issues.

    You will call your internet provider, ask them to set a fixed ip for the PC/console.

    Open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem's firewall, if you have a modem and a router, the process has to be done on both devices.

    Ask them to put the IP of the PC/console in the DMZ zone.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    I’m doing great and happy thanksgiving!

    I’m using an Xbox One X, I’ve tried to use a mobile hotspot on 2.4Ghz but it doesn’t show up either. No other 2.4Ghz networks show up on the list either, and manually adding the network just says it cannot connect.

    I finally got everything done and I have result that servers is connected, but I faced another challenge, on the network settings in Xbox app says that server is connected to internet but in the game I’m still can’t play online it says :unable to connect to the live configuration servers: any suggestions to this one?
