I don't know where else to ask so here goes

yeah...that is the wiring in your house...not the xbox. Back some years ago, when we moved into my grandmother's house, I had a problem where all the outlets in one particular would just shut down for no apparent reason. I would be playing the 360 or just
watching TV and then it was like the power cut off, but it was only in one room. For several days I puzzled over this. And then one day I noticed a switch on the back wall about 5' from the bottom of the wall that had a piece of masking tape hanging off
of it. Well, I had never noticed that before, so I flipped it! And when I did, all the lights and electrical gadgets in that room turned off! Someone had put tape on it to indicate to leave it alone, but when we moved in I pushed an old tv in front of it
and piled a few toys. Somehow the switch was getting activated. I have yet to determine why this switch was wired like that.

This could be caused by the fact that your TV does not support video game consoles in the Component 2 port. I know that my home TV does that and I would just recommend using a different port.

I'm thinking that it has more to do with your wiring than the xbox. Odds are you have a short in the wiring somewhere that is interfering with the tv and xbox when they are on. I would recommend checking that out.

Xbox phone support are only really helpful when it comes to billing issues,any thing else can usually be fixed by people in the support forums or even here.

You will probably find when you get through to phone support they will just send you here anyway.
