May I know what console do you have? Xbox one, Xbox One S, X or the new Xbox Series X or S?

And I want to confirm, when you say resetting the console. Do you mean a factory reset or a physical power cycle / turn off and on the console?

Thanks for the reply - I've tried that and no dice sadly. I've tried it again anyway as it can't harm. What is also interesting is that i've just noticed my user Icon with the 5 most recent games is only showing my Xbox360 titles... This does kind of point
to an issue with my xbox rather than my live service.

I'll wait a few days to see if there is any change then contact Xbox Support, but if anyone has any other suggestions I'm all ears.

I was playing Modern Warfare today and the sound cut out on my headphones. I've tried 2 different pairs. The sound of my dashboard works but anything in-game does NOT. I've seen to hard reset the console but not even that fixed the issue. I'm kind of annoyed nothing is working. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Thank you
