    I also would like to petition a non-chromium based xbox remote play app so it can be streamed as game capture in OBS studio. Let me explain. When using the browser based remote play feature, it creates an intrusive overlay over the chromium app when clicking to other applications, even briefly. Game Capture circumvented that overlay so I could stream my xbox remotely to OBS studio and actively and seemlessly navigate between xbox chat and moving between text chats on my PC.

    My setup is a windows 11 PC + xbox series combo.
    Also, the new version of remote play never remembers my settings, so i have to effectively reset the controls every time I go into remoteplay because it overrights my settings no matter how many times or attempts to troubleshoot. I know the browser based remote play has its benefits, but it definitely is not an adequate replacement for a standalone remote play app.

    Have you tried playing sandbox games? I for one enjoy them because some servers you get really awesome players in which they help out each other. I play Conan even though it is a PvP server that I play in the community that I play in is really chill. Every
    new player that joins in are server gets welcomed and offered a helping hand to get them started.
