    How do I find what Microsoft account I used to sign into Minecraft?


    I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft back when Mojang made it a requirement around 2020. I've used the same computer for years and have not logged out of my Minecraft account but recently got a new laptop and wanted to install Minecraft on it as well. I knew I had an account and was attempting to login from prior emails, my phone number, etc. but none of those came up with my Minecraft account. I think maybe I had made a new Microsoft email just for the migration but can't remember what the email was and can't find answers anywhere on the Internet, or on my profile. I have my username and everything but that's not helping me with the sign in details. I've tried doing the sign-in helper and didn't get anywhere. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can contact with my Minecraft username and profile in order to find what email I used for my account?

    I suggest starting with trying to use your products and services to identify the email. Start with this article:

    You said you have access to the gamertag, does that mean you're logged into Xbox somewhere? That could help with finding the email as well!

    What do you mean by mobile Minecraft account? Your "Minecraft account" is actually your Microsoft account. You sign in to Minecraft using your Microsoft account. Do you receive a notification on your phone instead of the Switch?

    Hi Darhyl... it is the correct account... I've paid it for years. Had this happen once before and I had to cancel and restart it!

    HOW do I contact someone at Microsoft? I sign into my Microsoft account and I'm completely frustrated trying to find how to contact someone about the Minecraft Realm.
