    First of all, I receive no error code or message

    I no longer have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account

    I can log in via the PC app see games I've paid for

    I've checked all network settings (via the console) to ensure my local network is working properly. Everything reports fine.

    Checked for console updates (No updates needed)

    Tried both option

    Use QR code and 2 FA (would not allow access even though it confirmed I was logged in) On the Xbox screen it would not advance.

    Give option to use controller (just spins)

    Check help on console (states help is better if you sign in HA!)

    Reset your password on your Xbox console (What, confusing instructions)

    Step 1: Verify your Identity (after following steps this just runs you round in circles using the same failed process)

    Suggested option: I reset my Microsoft Account password via the same failed Xbox platform (are you kidding!) I'm unable to sign on my Xbox and the suggested fix is to reset my Micrsoft account password!

    there are two more options but frustrating myself further just isn't worth it (is it time to consider another platform?)

    This is one reason I canceled my Game Pass account. I'm unable to remove an expired card even with the assistance of Microsoft support. Application (Games) I purchased I no longer have access to. If I had confidence the suggested option would resolve the issue I would consider trying

    Can't Launch Minecraft

    I'm trying to log on via my desktop PC. I set up an account for my child to use on the iPad and it works fine there, but I can't log on and access Minecraft with my child's account on my desktop PC.

    So I know there's currently an issue with the Xbox live log in, but I was still able to play Power Star Golf offline. I'm in the middle of a career match literally 2 holes in and all of a suddon I get a popup saying "good bye Jason". And then because it

    Can't Login, but system can connect to live.

    Sounds like I'm having the same problem. I started a post with;

    "I can't get logged/signed into my account and connected to xbox live at the same time. It just started tonight. If I do a network connection test it logs me out, and THEN I'm connected to xbox live. But if I try to log into my profie/account it kicks me
    off of my live connection!"

    I can log in to all microsoft websites. im logged in using my live account to post about the error.

    The account is fully active on my console also.

    I can launch a game, and immediately it allows me to sign in as my gamertag, however, i cannot sign in to any Xbox App, including Gamepass on the PC or the console companion.
