Why is my multiplayer not working on my friends account when I’m game sharing

Yes i know and it was shared to my account i game shared with my friend and downloaded his games but every time i got to try and play it, it says error please log in with the account that paid for the games why is that

I’m on Xbox Minecraft and it won’t let me play multiplayer realms/join friends or any server ur says I have to change my Microsoft account setting but doesn’t work once I change the setting.

Hello I’m coming to ask this question because when I haven’t been on my Xbox I realized all my gen shares was used and I wanted to game share my friend and I wanted to ask if I can please get it back

The home xbox feature is meant to be used to allow multiple accounts on the same console to be able to able to play games that have been purchased and/or allow you to have access to your purchases when offline with no internet access.

Its not meant to be used for sharing games with friends/outside of your household. Doing so is actually against the rules.

I’m having trouble with Game sharing. Me and one of my other friends have done it before but this was a while ago. Me and my friend followed a video on how to Game share. After he had downloaded games he wanted off of my account, He tried to play one
of the games he downloaded but it said,”the person that bought the game needs to sign in”. My games will not load, they will be stuck in the loading screen, and even if they do load the lag so bad.

yes this only happens for this game and people are able to join my friends multiplayer game. i just reinstalled the game and i’m having the same issue
