Discus and support Microsoft games Mahjong in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have paid to have premium access to Microsoft games Mah-jong but the ads still keep coming.     Microsoft games Mahjong


    I have paid to have premium access to Microsoft games Mah-jong but the ads still keep coming. I do not know where to go to download this. Please provide me with a link to do this or tell me how to disable the ads as I am getting extremely frustrated and very cross. I haven't had them for years but now they are coming again. thank you

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    Mahjong is a Microsoft game for pc. Mojang is the game developer that owns Minecraft.

    Another option to resolve the issue that was recommended by the MCG Team is:

    • Install Microsoft Mahjong from the Microsoft Store
    • Start the Mahjong game

    Now its possible to start Solitaire once again!

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.
