    XBox insider problem. Messed up an option. How can I recover it?


    So I've just been doing these surveys that were sent out recently and discovered I'd never actually used the Insider Hub. While poking around I checked out the Activities tab and saw the entry for Capturing and Sharing Gaming Content. It immediately wanted me to scan a QR code but I figured I'm on my PC, surely I can go do this survey on my PC. But the options I selected did not take me to the survey and now I can't get the QR code back. I'd really like to do the survey. How can I get that QR code back or can anyone post it for me to scan? I've searched for related posts here but didn't see any.

    Okay, I want to ask other thing. I thought that, when I was first setting up the Xbox, it showed me "Optional Data will be collected", something like that, it's like on Windows, when you're Insider, then the Optional Data has to be collected. I don't know how to check if Xbox has an Insider in it. All I know is that during setting up the Xbox, I had no choice, no allowance to change "No Optional Data collected" and something like that.

    How to figure out if Xbox has Insider? If so, how to remove Insider from Xbox?

    Okay i think your download is messed up Try deleting you account and recover it also clear your systems cache located in memory options if this doens't work call 1-800-4myxbox for more help.
