I am unable to play multiplayer (xbox console)

Every time I try to play multiplayer it directs me to "buy" a new tier of gamepass, however I already have gamepass ultimate so I have to buy nothing to play multiplayer

I've tried every form of self repair and self diagnosis aside from actually opening the console to look at the hardware and the ai support chatbot is not helping in the slightest. I can't seem to reach an actual person

I understand this can be frustrating. A quick check first before we proceed, is to make sure that your subscription is updated on your account. Login to https://account.microsoft.com/services and confirm that Game Pass Ultimate is active.

I am having this same problem. I am connected to internet but unable to play call of duty, or any multiplayer game. I am given a message that says "unable to connect to online services"

Im certain we still have our subscription. My little brother makes use of it daily lol. I am unable to play multiplayer games. As I said in my original post, when I attempt to play multiplayer games I am prompted to purchase Xbox Live Gold.
