How do I appeal a permanent ban?

My boyfriends Xbox account was falsely reported, after a falling out with a friend. He had 0 strikes on his account, and he had not used game chat nor messaged anybody within the past 3-4 weeks. His account was permanently banned, and his appeal was denied. We had messaged Xbox and Microsoft support about it multiple times, they said they'd look at it, and everybody who looked at the account said they found nothing wrong, and would reopen the appeal for him. But when he goes to appeal, it still says appeal denied. Microsoft support sent me here, and I don't know what much to do.

Some questions:
If he can't appeal, what else can we do?
Is there a way to have somebody else look at his account?

Is it possible for me to do a 3rd party statement?
What can we do to try and get the account back?

What should we do moving forward from here?

Permanent bans are only issued for extremely severe or repeated offenses. The best option would be for him to appeal the ban at enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? And Case Review. Permanent bans are rarely overturned, but after further review they may remove
it.

An appeal is the only possible way to have an account possibly unbanned. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

The initial ban was for abuse of the Looking For Group features as it is against the rules of that feature to use it to sell things (and, yeah, many people use it for that and don't get banned)

As to the permanent ban, no-one on here can do anything about it as none of us work for MS or have access to accounts. The only place to do anything about it is the Enforcement website...if it is appealable, then there should be an appeal button there. However, from what I understand, permanent bans are not appealable

My parent didn’t send a real appeal she sent basically something about how it’s not specific on why I got permanently banned do yk if there’s a way to re submit it

So if you were banned and its perm I'm pretty sure it will stay like that. Perm ban just means that they had enough info to make it permanent, If they gave you an option to appeal it then you have the right to do so but I've never seen an appeal option
