    minecraft doesn't install after purchase


    i bought minecrft java and bedrock deluxe for my son. the purchase has gone through and shows in my microsoft account. but if i can't find anyway to access the games via xbox or MC launcher. both keep launching a trial version and asking me to purchase. can you help please?

    0x80242020 Error code while download minecraft from store

    Got it installed after getting this error. For some reason it doesn't like being installed on my D: drive.

    What I did to get it working:

    Uninstall the Minecraft Launcher

    Reinstall it

    Go to install Minecraft for Windows

    When it asks what drive to install it to, select C:

    Minecraft dissapeared from my Xbox game library, but still remains on my Android App and xbox transaction journal

    Few days ago i play Minecraft without any problem. Same account, same console. I install it from store using my Xbox Store App. But now Minecraft doesn't work and Xbox allows install it onlfy from Android Xbox App. In my game library Minecraft doesn't exist rignt now, BUT in my Android Xbox App Minecraft still in my game library as purchased game.

    So following things:

    1. There is no Minecraft on Microsoft Store App, everything else I've purchased is in the list. There is the Minecraft Launcher in "modified" status since I tried installing the game.

    2. If I login on the minecraft.net website it shows that I need to buy the game, it doesn't show up on the purchases.

    3. My account is in a family group.

    Yes the game doesn't require a subscription to play if you purchased it on the xbox store digitally it should all be good to go after installing.
