Why did I get banned

I tired changing my gamer picture this morning, then I got my account suspended for 2 days. No message why, just suspended. So I went on the website trying to appeal it, and there is no description of why I got suspended, or if I even can appeal the suspension. The UI to see the bans is confusing. Why did I get suspended and why can I not even try to appeal something that I don't know what I did wrong? And even if it was my gamer picture, I checked the guidelines. My new gamer picture didn't violate any guidelines. And even then, while I am on Xbox, my friends can see the new gamer picture I changed it to. So it is unclear my I am suspended and unclear if I can appeal something that I don't even know what I did wrong.

If it's just a ban from Forza then you need to take it up with Turn 10 as they do enforcement for that title. If it's a ban from XBL then you'll need to post here -

The only people to talk to concerning suspension matters are the Enforcement team themselves, via a case review (if eligible).

Also there would've been an email sent to the Microsoft Account that is attached to your gamertag with all of the information on why your account was suspended. It is the same information you will receive in the Xbox Suspension forum.
