From your description, I understand that you are unable to use your balance to purchase Minecraft, and I understand your confusion regarding this issue.



Please check that you are using the same Microsoft account to log in to the Xbox and Microsoft Store stores, and verify if the regions are consistent.



Even if you have a Microsoft balance, you still need to add a payment method. For example, to purchase an Xbox subscription, one must have a bank card as a backup.

Find 'Payment Options' on the left and select' Add a new payment method '.



If you are still unable to complete the purchase after trying to add a bank card, please contact Xbox support for further assistance.

After 2 hours talking with Microsoft Xbox support getting passed between advisors and giving them all information including how the currency spent was in a different currency , I finally got refunded , thanks all .

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm sorry to hear that the issue is persisting. I would to explain on how virtual currency works. Virtual currency for in-game purchases is something you're able to purchase through our Microsoft store but the developer adds
to the currency (Ex; Apexpieces, Minecoins, V-bucks) to your account.

If EA is referring you back to us the best thing to do now, would be to fill out and submit the Refund
Request Webform.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of the status of your request.
If you have questions about the process or have not heard anything within 48 hours please reply to the confirmation email sent to you.

Unfortunately if you do receive the refund it will be sent back to the payment instrument that was initially used. If you used Microsoft currency then the currency will be added back to your account but if you purchased using a debit/credit card then
you will be refunded to that card.

Xbox Customer Support won't be able to redirect the refund to a different payment instrument.

Disputing Xbox purchases with your bank is considered marketplace theft. Marketplace theft is against Microsoft's ToS and will usually result in an account suspension.

Virtual currency usually can't be refunded, especially if it was bought while the game was open since the currency is immediately delivered. Refund requests are a final decision, if it's gets denied then you can't get a refund under any circumstance. Attempts to circumvent the refund policy via chargebacks or disputes will put the Microsoft account at risk.
