Low settings on xbox

be aware the command is "xbox on", as opposeed to "xbox TURN on".

In power settings, there is a setting for "low power mode" as opposed to ecomode (in which the on command does not function), but low power is the default setting, so it would be enabled unless you disabled it.

Have you tried booting into low resolution mode? Maybe something was changed and is ot compatible with the change setting. Low resolution mode basically reset your display settings to the lowest settings. To do this you press and hold the Xbox button and
the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. Note This will boot your console in a low resolution mode.

I hope i did this right... on the admin page of the router under Firewall Settings I can set it to Low Medium or High (it was on Low)

Then there is a custom setting and under that I selected "disable entire firewall"
